Our voting academy, made up of more than 300 respected industry figures, including chefs, restaurateurs and food writers, is currently casting its votes for the restaurants they believe represent the finest dining experiences across the UK. They will also determine the winners across our special award categories, including Chef of the Year, Chef to Watch, Restaurateur of the Year, and our newest accolade, Trailblazer of the Year.
